The Village of Stryker is soliciting sealed bids for a Development Proposal at the south 36.194 acres of Stryker's Corporation Limits. The parcel is part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9. The development runs along the east side of State Route 191 and the North boundry of Township Road E-50.
Potential uses could include a grocery store with gas pumps, a retail center, assisted living condominiums, apartment complex and up scale single family homes.
